I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent purchase using Flipkart Pay Later. I had ordered earphones, but unfortunately, the product is not working as expected.

Upon realizing the issue, I attempted to cancel/return the order, but I was unable to do so through the Flipkart platform. As a result, the payment remains unsettled, and this is now affecting my credit score negatively.

Since the payment was processed via Flipkart Pay Later, I request that this matter be resolved directly by Flipkart and its partner. I kindly ask for assistance in either returning/canceling the order or settling the payment issue to prevent further impact on my credit score.
